Anyone have ideas on how a doctor, etc photoshop file (without the program)?

Hi, For the birthday of my friend, I would really original card. I always tease her for being in love with a celebrity some so, I would like a photo of your doctor and a merger with a celebrity, for example, have a photo of your kiss or whatever. (Juvenile I know, but it was fun) I have no idea how to make a picture like that! I have a ton of her pictures, and can get celebrities online. Then when my picture is done, I will download from a site like that make a birthday card moonpig! I do not know how to do well and I have no photoshop, no one knows of any free programs online where you can put 2 pictures together etc? I found a couple, but there seems to be the option to do so, only to culture, get rid of red eyes, etc. Many thank you very much in advance!
